The breakfast was lovely. The fruit and pastries were fresh and delicious. Eating on the beautiful porch was very nice.

My first time on Shelter Island and i couldn't believe the accommodations i stumbled upon. The King suite was very spacious and clean.

The "eye opener " breakfast could've been a little more substantial. Maybe some eggs or pancakes/waffles would be more of a breakfast.

Room was clean, spacious and comfortable.

A few things could use a little fixing (stair carpet, air unit)

Considering Covid breakfast was ok..not much at all for 2 people in my opinion

First thing we spotted as soon as we walked in unit was a significant urine stain on rug...would think with the security you take for pets ..an inventory of jute rugs would be immediately replaced ...a turn off

The West Neck Guest House is a short walk away from the main hotel where breakfast is served. Due to Covid they don’t have a spread out but they give a cute shopping bag with freshly baked pastries in a box, which is what I like. There is also yogurt and juice. For sausage and eggs you need to go to a restaurant. The place is tastefully decorated and pleasant, without being pretentious.
