Wonderful location just in front of the sea. Very comfy room and really nice staff! Everything was supe5 clean 😊
As a European I really don't like the "grab and go" or "take-away" breakfast concept, I enjoy being able to sit at a table and enjoy my breakfast. It would have been nice to have a breakfast area with real plates and glasses instead of disposable plates etc...but hey, this is the US

Our time there was during a storm, something I had wanted to see on the Maine coast, and the room (40A) had a good view of the ocean and of Ogunquit Beach; we could also hear the ocean very well. Because some folks had cancelled their reservations because of the storm, the room was offered to us for a small up-charge.
The maintenance staff often seemed to be waiting on tips, particularly when restocking the continental breakfast; multiple requests were sometimes needed to have items restocked (e.g., empty yogurt bowl, empty muffin tray), and these requests were made early during the hours for the continental breakfast, not at the end of it. Most of the front-desk staff were helpful to work with, but the behavior of a couple of folks bordered on surly (suspicious of why I might me asking for a tea bag, for instance).
