Wyndham Grand Clearwater Beach

The facilities were beautiful, location was perfect and the staff was friendly. The food was good and the drinks were yummy! The chairs and umbrella was a fantastic amenity.

The pool area size was small and very busy.

Greta location and views. Reasonably quiet and comfortable. Very nice facilities.

The room AC struggled to keep up with outside temps. The sliding "barn door" style door to the bathroom made a lot of noise and was translucent. So any light in the bathroom lit up the bedroom as well. Not great when you get up in the middle of the night to use it. Lastly, the prices on food at the restaurant and breakfast "bar" were exorbitant. $8 for a generic blueberry muffin, or $10 for a heated up frozen sandwich was eye popping.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I stayed at the Wyndham Grand Clearwater Beach over Labor Day weekend, and I absolutely loved my experience! First, you really cannot beat the location. The property is perfectly situated where you can park your car and pretty much walk everywhere you want to go around Clearwater Beach. The beach was gorgeous, the property was beautiful, and the food at the on-site restaurants was amazing. What truly exceeded my expectations, though, was the staff. Considering this was a very busy holiday weekend, they did an incredible job. From the food service management to the pool staff, entertainment team, restaurant staff, and everyone I encountered throughout the property, the service was outstanding. You could tell how much effort went into making sure guests were having a great experience despite how busy the resort was. I also loved all of the little extras they offered throughout the weekend. Movies by the pool were such a fun touch, and things like cookies in the lobby and coffee in the evening may seem small, but those are exactly the kinds of details that make a stay feel special. One of my absolute favorite experiences was morning yoga by the pool. The instructor did a fantastic job, and I loved being able to start my morning that way while staying at the beach. I was told it will be returning in May, and I already cannot wait! They also offer a fitness-for-a-day program that I didn’t get a chance to participate in this trip, but it looked like another great experience. Between the location, beautiful beach, excellent food, activities, amenities, and especially the incredible staff, the Wyndham Grand exceeded my expectations. I had an amazing Labor Day weekend and will absolutely be back. This has definitely become one of my favorite places to stay on Clearwater Beach! 🌴☀️🌊

I didn’t like the weekend days when the resort passes had been purchased. The pool area was packed with several people who are not acting politely. For example, they were eating in the pool and being wild and rude. Big difference during the weekday when there were no resort pass holders.
