Location was ideal. The value was definitely the selling point for us. Walking distance to the river walkway was a bonus too.

We were disappointed the swimming pool was heavily chlorinated the first day of our stay, it stung our eyes and we were coughing from the fumes. We could not safely swim and enjoy.

Great breakfast, nice location, new facilities. Staff was nice but not honest about the pool.

Pool and hot tub was closed, we were told it would open the next day when they got chlorine, but it was obviously not maintained and never opened. I was told I wouldn’t be charged when I checked in but my card was charged anyway. When I went to our room it was already occupied, so we got a new one luckily because the place was sold out.

Breakfast was great. Just be aware that the breakfast ends promptly. We watched a family have the door shut on them with just one minute left. I wish I was exaggerating. The room that my family reserved was comfy and clean. Perfect for when you are tired from traveling. Its adjacent to the river so that people can walk on the path along the river. Its right across the movie theatre which was hard to pass up on. Its near walmart so that you can get your stuff but away from the busy town.

I made reservations for 2 queen bed room for my family and a king bed room for my friends. Upon checking in, we were told that there was no king room available and was given a 2 queen bed room. What is the point of making reservations. My friend's room has random red spots on the bathroom door and the night lamp. My freind had also mentioned that one of the queen beds had been used and it seems the blankets were fixed up without changing the sheets. Although there are microwaves in the room, there are no community microwaves to use after breakfast is done. We wanted to eat together in the dinette area rather than making a mess and being crowded in the rooms. It was a struggle to heat food in the room and carry hot food down to the lobby. The host made it clear that we couldnt use the microwave in the breakfast area as she unplugged the microwaves. The hot tub was out of order the second day we arrived. But even if we had the chance to use the hot tub or pool, the hot tub was big enough to fit only 4 people. The pictures are deceiving.

It was a last minute booking. As a family, we had one member who needed immediate rest. They went above and beyond to accommodate. They really were a wonderful staff!

During check-in they made it clear that rooms are cleaned by request only. I didn't like that, but whatever, I requested a room cleaning for the next day. We came back from our day out to find that the room was NOT cleaned at all. I complained to the front desk and made it very clear that we wanted the room cleaned the next day. After we came back from our second day out, we found that the room was not cleaned AGAIN. We didn't get a single room cleaning for our 3-night stay. There were a number of other issues during our stay, such as a lot of confusion and back-and-forth about a change to our booking, an "out of order" sign on the door to the pool for our whole stay (it was actually just the jacuzzi that was out of order), and a generally mediocre breakfast.

The A/C Unit in the room didn't work and was noisy (clunking very loudly). This is during a heat wave and we didn't have A/C all night. The microwave didn't rotate and burned the coffee cup (almost caught fire). The fan in Bathroom was noisy like the blade was broken. I reported all this to the woman at front desk at checkout and she seemed ambivalent. Didn't say sorry bout that or anything. just stared at me. I was in room 117 on 7/25/2023

Friendly and helpful staff. Out of main town but nice walks by river. Functional but basically reasonable hotel

Breakfast nit great and nothing but plastic knives forks and plates.

It is one of the quietest hotels that we’ve stayed in even though it’s a pet friendly hotel you never heard them. Breakfast was good and enough space for a lot of people to eat at once.
