This property is perfect! The fact that it is in the middle of the woods, the resort allows you to play in the snow anywhere around the property, and is perfect for a family vacation to Idyllwid!

I did not like the fact that we had to leave one day after we got there.

Loved the location, the size of the cabin, and the set up. My partner cooked comfortably and it was perfect for 2 people.

The cabin was very dusty and full of spider webs. The bed linen was dirty looking and stained and looked very old and used. Also had a bad smell to it.

It was clean.

Most uncomfortable couch on the planet! Oh, yes how could I forget we had no power that first day until 9pm. Technically we had 3 hours of use on the hottest day ever recorded in Idyllwild. Your company could have compensated us for that day but no! We’re telling our friends where NOT to stay!

A great cabin!!

The market had a poor selection of food.

Rick the ranger was amazing!! Loved out stay and our location. Could have been a bit cleaner. The fans were full of dirt so was the pull out couch. Shower water wouldn’t drain and the cable didn’t work which we didn’t really mind. We would definitely stay again! Great place to unplug and unwind.
