The spa was broken

Staff were all very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. The pool was a bit too cool and the spa was maybe not quite hot enough. Spa jets were not working when we were there. All in all, a great place to stay.

For the amount of money I paid,Stop selling water and a continental breakfast could have helped instead of requiring travelers to buy breakfast from you.

Booking.com said we were in a family room which is what I booked but it wasn’t it was just two queen beds but the hotel was great and gave us a suit with a king size room with a bed and a huge living room that was separate and it had two bathrooms. All at no extra charge. They brought us up two single Rolling beds with regular mattresses on them they were reasonably comfortable but we’re way better than the pull out couch and we still slept ok. But I feel that Booking.com mislead us with saying it was a family room so you might want to reword that. Also using a pull out couch as a bed is totally not the least bit comfortable those things give everyone an extremely sore back, so we were very pleased with the hotel for bring us two real beds. Over all fantastic hotel and staff and great area.

Having to pay for parking and the parking spaces were tight and limited parking. One night there was no parking left but the gad an agreement with the place across the street so we got to park there but it was very very close to the hotel and they comped us one night so that was good .

Staff are exceptional, friendly and very helpful.

The noise of a generator at night - how are clients expected to sleep? This will certainly ensure we do not return to the hotel.

Staff could not answer any questions Phone wouldn't work Beds were so painful i Could barely walk in the morning No luggage carts or help with luggage and i am 7 month pregnant and asked for help. Will be staying at the Hyatt next time

The hotel was large in spacious. Our hotel room was not only clean, but it was modern and very open. The staff was exceptionally friendly… We were there during an ice storm and they let us have a late check out the next day so that it would be safer for us to drive home. Love everything about this hotel! Will stay there again next year for the same event.

Food ran out fast at breakfast, milk,bacon,creamer, hott water. Women bartender was rude. no conversation. I paid for cup of noodle at the store inside hotel and when I came back to my room I seen the whole bottom was broken. Heater is super loud in the room. No rest for me and my kids. I got a rash on my hands when I woke up the second night. pictures below

The location is close to Bellevue Square, so it is convenient for shopping.

I have to put a question mark on the cleanliness of this hotel. After 1 day of my check-in, my body is full of a red rash, which is itchy and very uncomfortable. The hotel promised to use hot water to wash every sheet, quilt, towel, etc. However, it seems not helpful. The AC is also noisy and blocks people from sleeping.
