All the staff were very helpful and attentive to our needs …especially Kelly the breakfast staff coordinator she was very helpful and friendly. The rooms were very clean and everything was tasteful and nicely decorated. we were able to make use of the fitness center which was very nice clean and convenient.

Air circulation in the room could’ve been better. The bathtub didn’t have a plug so we weren’t able to take a bath that’s something that could be addressed.

I requested a “handicap accessible room” since I recently had foot surgery and use a scooter. We were told no handicap accessible room was available. Week day breakfast hours were listed as to 10am, but changed to 9am. We did not get breakfast on Monday.

we ended up in a handicap room with weak shower and a curtain that allowed lots of water to flood the bathroom floor. the room was not very clean. other guests were very loud well into the night.

Dakota was a great host! He checked us in with no problems due to our early arrival! Room was extremely comfortable! I would definitely stay again! The customer service was remarkable!
