I loved the proximity to the beaches, and the staff was most gracious. The unit was exceptionally clean, and while being just a touch sparse (which I was made aware of appropriately in advance), it made for a fuss-free environment while on vacation. I LOVED the comfortable bed!
The toilet paper could've been more comfortable, but that was an easy solution, so no biggie. It really was a great experience

I loved how quiet the complex was and the location was perfect.
The unit was pretty dirty. The old furniture and older furnishings didn’t bother me it was that it wasn’t cleaned. There were stains all over the carpet, hair in the shower, the big Curtains for the Lani door were filthy, the Mattress had stains all over it. I cleaned it the best I could I even washed the cupboards in front of the sink before we left.

bed was very comfortable and I liked that the kitchen has everything we needed. pullout couch was very uncomfortable but my 3 year old did not complain. Apartment is very outdated.

Good location close to the beach
The place feels old, not well maintained and desperately needs renovation, eg carpet was stained in multiple places, fridge was rusted and didn’t work properly, wall paint was off in many places and some areas had a lot of dust. The apartment was small for 3 persons to feel comfortable. Given the price point it was much below our expectations. The property pools are very small, three people in and it feels crowded.
