Poor condition, the bathroom fan rattled horribly, the shower head was basically a stream, the mattress in the fold out couch was like laying on wire (luckily my son could just sleep on the actual couch), the hood over the stove was super greasy, just not kept up.

The lock box was convenient

This place was one of the worst I’ve ever stayed in. The smell is unforgiving. Cat/animal urine mixed with cigarette smoke mixed with fried food grease smell. Double the price they advertise after all the “taxes and fees”. You don’t see these until the very last page and click “confirm”, so be careful. $100 cleaning fee tacked on and there is a sign in the apartment that asks you to wash your own dishes and take out the trash. What is the cleaning fee paying for? The wall unit heaters have low and high settings only. No degree markings to help you figure out the temp. Way too hot or way too cold. Very uncomfortable for a winter place. And the heater runs very noisily. Turning on and off constantly. Difficult to sleep with heater going. Sheets for pull out couch had rips in them. The mattress for the pull out was so bare, all you could feel was the springs when just putting your hand on it. Had to use the couch cushions as cushion for my children to sleep on so they wouldn’t get poked. The bed is only a double size which they do not disclose in the listing. The bed mattress is thin and very uncomfortable as well. Bath towels had rips in them. Mismatched dishes. Most of the cups had chips in them. Microwave took 15 min to heat up a 4 minute frozen meal. There is a “manager” or “host” on site but because the u it’s are privately owned, they can’t really help with the deplorable conditions of this place. It was a hard time getting in touch with someone who could actually help us check out of this nightmare early.
