Location Breakfast buffet was delicious

This was our second stay here and just like the first time, the staff were great, the room was clean and comfortable, and the hotel was a convenient location for our activities.

Breakfast was poor and new procedure where rooms were only serviced every three days was very poor value for money.

The pool was a great temperature. The breakfast offerings were good. Always a nice variety. Coffee was hot. Would have liked some flavored creamer options but that is just me.

On our 6th day (of 9) we were supposed to get our towels swapped out and trash emptied. We arrived back at our room late only to find that the service had not been provided. When I called the front desk for towels, I was told I could have them but that I'd have to come down and get them. When I arrived at the front desk, I was told they had no washcloths. Upon returning to my room, my friend knowing the whereabouts of linen supplies, was able to obtain several washcloths! Funny how guest was able to find what staff could not! •There was also a pair of thong underwear, not belonging to me or my friends laying beside one bed along with a wayward dog toy under the bedside table. •The bathroom vent did not work. •Construction going on on North side of building could be problematic for anyone wanting to sleep in or day nap.
