The Old Ivy Walk was perfectly located at walking distance to all the shops and restaurants. Free parking was a plus! Short drive to all wonderful vineyards as well. It was very clean, comfortable and breakfast was great

The streets department decided to dump gravel at 7AM in the new side walk project. This wasn't the properties fault.

Breakfast was excellent and we had plenty of food and assortment. Loved the hamper and that we were able to take our breakfast anywhere. The location was excellent and Philip is a wonderful host.

The a/c unit in the room did not cool the room enough or provide enough air circulation. It was a bit warm and stuffy

The Old Ivy Walk was delightful. Philip was the ultimate host. The food was delicious and his service was impeccable. You cannot beat the location or the local appeal. A true gem of a B&B and a perfect place for a day or two in NOTL. Highly recommend.

We had a fabulous stay at the Old Ivy Walk in May this year. The owner, Philip, greeted us on arrival, his welcome was an indication of the warm hospitality we would be receiving. Our room was very comfortable and had everything we needed for our stay. The house is set in beautiful grounds, the greenery and the birds were a calming effect after a busy “tourist” day. The location is super convenient (walking distance to everything), and the easy onsite parking was helpful. We enjoyed our breakfasts each morning of our stay, a testament to Philip’s culinary skills. We have been recommending The Old Ivy Walk and hope to be back again. Thank you Philip for helping us celebrate our milestone wedding anniversary, we will always remember our stay!

Philip the host was very helpful and kind. The breakfast was great, I liked the fresh fruit every morning. The bed was very comfortable. Great location to the shops and the lake.

Breakfast was amazing. There was something new each day. Always had a hot and cold meal. The food was available on time and put into a beautiful box that you could take it to go if you had to travel or take it out to the covered patio and eat outside. There was always a surprise snack in the box which was really nice.

Wished the bed was firmer.

Philip is a very friendly and caring host. He made sure to call and send an email with instructions prior to our stay and welcomed us on arrival. The location is excellent, off road parking and our room was spotless. The breakfast hamper was a real surprise. It came in a beautiful package, with homemade hot cheddar pierogies, with sour cream, bacon, scallions and peppers, fresh croissants and jam, watermelon, yoghurt, bottles of fruit juice and a fresh pot of coffee and warm cookies - delicious! We will definately book to stay here again, thank you Phil

Amazing historic feel. The owners and all of the people at Old Ivy Walk are incredible! From the moment we arrived to the time we left it was just as if we were at home, everything we had asked for was made a reality and made our stay very special. Staff (George) was very friendly and helpful. Location was perfect! Breakfast was very good.

The exterior could use some attention (crumbling steps & chipped paint) and the room could use some updating. The shower was very small.

George was a great host. He welcomed us and made us feel very comfortable. Old Ivy Walk is a wonderful place to stay.

The property was a 2 minute walk away from the Main Street of Niagara on the Lake (Queen Street). There was plenty of parking & the host communicated really well before and during our arrival. The property itself was beautifully decorated & pleasant to be in. The bed was extremely comfy and the wall fire was a lovely touch for an extra lick of cosyness. You could tell Phil had really made an effort with the breakfast hampers as each morning there was something savoury and hot, something baked plus some fruit. It was great value for money.
