Kimpton La Peer West Hollywood by IHG

Staff were out of this world

It was a great stay, I loved the location and everything we very good overall.

* Beautiful, stylish hotel with a modern and welcoming atmosphere. * Excellent location in West Hollywood, with many restaurants and shops within walking distance. * Spacious, clean, and very comfortable room. * Friendly, attentive, and professional staff. * Lovely pool area, perfect for relaxing after a day of sightseeing. * Comfortable beds and a quiet environment.

It was unfortunate that our room overlooked a construction site, so it was quite noisy early in the morning. In addition, the air conditioning stopped working. It was repaired the next day, but unfortunately failed again the following night. We appreciated that the hotel handled the situation professionally and provided us with a fair credit as compensation. Overall, we would still recommend the hotel and would be happy to stay here again.

That it felt safe and was close to so many restaurants and bars. The rooms were big and spacious and the bed was super comfy.

The valet was pretty expensive per night. I didn’t like the water pressure in the shower or from the basin it was low and difficult to wash your hair properly. The patio door was also difficult to lock and we had to get someone to help us lock it. There was also an incident where the fire alarms were activated by a group of kids filming and it was going off for 2 hours in the rooms before the fire brigade could disarm it. Once that happened we could still hear the fire alarm in the car park from our rooms which continued all night and was still going when we checked out at 9am the next morning. It was very inconvenient not to mention concerning that even the fire brigade couldn’t disarm it.
