The view.
The host was very uncomfortable. I tried to explain to her the things in the condo that were broke or in disrepair upon my arrival so that she would not try to accuse my family and I upon our departure. She got irate and accused me of "not being a human being" and "having no heart". She said some other disturbing things and hung up on me. I saw no need for this behavior. I do wish I would have read through all the reviews concerning this host before we rented. My sister was two door down with her family and this woman was incredibly relentless with texts and calls.
When it comes to the property, pool sticks are broken and the table is uneven, furniture is dated, and there were ants in one of the rooms bathroom & closet. It’s stated that it’s 650' from beach, there is a bay behind you but beach is two blocks down across the street.

Several excellent locations that were extremely close to have breakfast! Certainly recommend the Sweet Sage Cafe! Try the WV Benedict :) ..... excellent gravy!!

The location was great.
Well if you are older you should know that there are thirty steps from top to bottom. Their were worms coming out of the window sill in the small bedroom with the Tv, also little gnats coming out of the dresser. A man walks in the yard at all times to see what you are doing everyday. The rules that this owner puts in place are ridiculous, thermostat at 74 turn everything off even if you leave for a short time, do not use the balcony which is where the sun rises and is beautiful until 8 am even thought the guy is mowing the lawn at 730. We were so worried about breaking rules and her charging us $700 it was not even enjoyable. And the home needs repairs, also it is in need of a good cleaning, chandeliers have souch dust. Also be careful about hitting your toes on the huge feet on the furniture. The decor of this place is horrible. I have stayed at a lot of air bnbs and bookings and this is the worst!!

Location! Beach only about a block away. Great restaurants within walking distance. short Uber to John’s Pass. Nice morning views on waterway.
Furnishings are very dated, worn, and not very comfortable. No stools in kitchen. Couch and chairs cushions very worn. Deck and patio furniture rusting.

The location was great with access to the beach as well as a view of the intercoastal! Dolphins, stingrays, birds! Lots of sunshine. The food nearby was also fantastic!
I dont have a whole lot to say that would have even needed improvement. The condo was great. The location was great. There were chairs and umbrellas for the beach. The neighbors werent super friendly but that is ok too

Location was good
Photos were from years ago. Owner should be ashamed. Everything was worn and old. Everything was broken. From the fridge having multiple broken shelves, ice maker not working. Bed in MBR was broken. Sliders didn’t close well, locks on sliders didn’t work. Our kids were terrified someone would come in at night. Towel racks were worn and broken. Pool table and cues were broken…kids had been excited to play pool but it was in shambles. No toiletries. Had to run out and buy toiletries last minute. Beach chairs were broken. No beach towels, had to run out again to buy beach towels. Couches were filthy and worn. We had to put towels on the couch to sit without being grossed out. Cleaning fee didn’t apply to our stay because my son kept finding sunflower seed shells under his feet and we don’t eat sunflower seeds. Found sunflower shells on the deck, must have been from previous renter. Paint was peeling on every deck and ceiling. Our spring break was ruined. We feel scammed.

Very roomy and open with an excellent views from the living room and the master bedroom. Really enjoyed eating out on the balcony and watching the wildlife, from birds diving in and getting fish to the dolphins we sighted almost every day. Good location too, close to the beach and a lot of great restaurants. Also liked how there were beach chairs, umbrella, wagon, and some beach toys for us to take and use at the beach.
There were a lot of stairs, but we knew this when we booked, so this really doesn't count.

The location was great! Bay view on one side, beach view on the other. And the beach was a two block walk. Lots of space. Loved relaxing on the patio off the living room. Lots of restaurants in walking distance. Two cars fit easily in the garage. Pool table on the first level was fun. Board games and cards in the TV stand in living room.
The tiny ants in the kitchen. You can't leave food on the counter. We bought donuts and left them on the counter in a box. We had to throw away the donuts. Also, the front door lock was tricky. We locked ourselves out as the code only worked the deadbolt. And even when we thought we didn't lock the bottom lock, it would lock when we closed the door. Good news was, the owner lived close by and let us in quickly.

We loved the location, price, bay view out the back and street view (People watching) out the front. Loved the terraces. It was very roomy, clean and affordable.
Basement was kinda musty (it's a florida thing. Not the owners fault).
Also could have used some more comfy seating in the living room.
There are alot of stairs. Just FYI
Would have like to have had a King size bed in the Master. But over all it was a great place to stay.

Beautiful views. Close proximity to restaurants and the beach. It was a great way to reconnect with my childhood growing up in Florida. There were also several locations within walking distance to get fresh seafood, and our kids got to fish right off the seawall and docks. We really enjoyed ourselves!
People in other reviews had criticized maintenance needs. I could nit-pick (like a pocket door for the master bath that was missing a bottom guide and made it tricky to get in and out of), but these things were minor and did not impact our enjoyment of our stay.

The size of property, the feeling of being in a home not a hotel. Loved having washer and dryer with grandkids. Loved having a grill out back. I have stayed at property before and was in love with it.
I have stayed at property before and was in love with it. However it hasn't been maintained properly. Same furniture that's now worn-out, gave me the feeling of uncleanness. Several things are broken and need to be fixed or replaced.( Broken granite counter top that I was cut on ,closet doors hanging off,pool table is by far usable, master bath tub faucet very loose, Needs better cleaning service. I was charged $250 an walked into unit that I had to clean, had to wash bedding in 1 room, wipe things off door, solo cup still sitting in window, debris under bed. Pictures on the site are the same old ones from many years ago.

Location was absolutely perfect
Unfortunately this house is very tired and it showed in a lot of places. The very springy beds were not comfortable, and the master bed specifically has a huge dip in the middle causing my husband and I to be rolled into each other the whole time which was very uncomfortable.
The master TV does not work properly (extremely discolored), and the living remote was in a bunch of pieces that you had to hold together. None of the locks on the sliding doors work, the pool table is absolutely destroyed with felt ripped up, and all of the pool cues are broken! This definitely appeared as it had been a “party” house with tons of extra beds, lack of comfort, and way it had been treated,but the rules were so strict! As a quiet older couple, my husband and I definitely expected more high end comfort (beds, couches) with paying almost $1300 for only 3 nights.

location and sitting on the balcony watching dolphins!!! so surreal. perfectly located, beach across the street, boat rental a couple miles away and restaurants within walking distance. Johns pass is a must, 4 miles south.
small stuff. not enough cups in kitchen. had to but solo cups. lol. master bath don’t close door completely or you can’t open without outside help. but worth it for the price and location
