I am on a low carb diet so only ate the scrambled eggs but liked the self serve coffee available all day & the flavored creamers (although I use zero sugar ones same brand).

I really missed having a microwave in the room as I use a microwave heated pad for my back at bedtime & first thing in the morning. Plus I use a si us rinse that had to be warmed. I also like to reheat my coffee in the room. The mattress was very comfortable. I want to compliment the staff especially Deanna, she was very helpful!

It was a good location. I liked that there was a restaurant right next door. It in a decent location and easily accessible to most attractions.

The room size is not comfortable. The bed in the room was very uncomfortable. The rest of the furniture in the room was something I would have considered to be lawn furniture. It was not comfortable in any way.

The facility was clean. Staff were friendly and clean.

I did not expect a contemporary look and feel. I have no complaints; I wasn't expecting the "game area" in the lobby. One ice machine for the entire hotel, the shelf that held the TV, the hooks for hanging things up versus a closet.

Virtual check in

The evening attendant inadvertently gave duplicate keys to our room and someone barged in without our permission. We were using a virtual key only. How can this happen ? We were quite surprised that it could even be allowed. This person was not in our party and had no business obtaining keys to our room especially while we were in the room. Attendant apologized but it is amazing that our security could even be breached. The place needs a security review with all employees

Both the staff we came in contact with were very friendly and helpful. We were given a welcome bag of goodies to take to our room which we enjoyed when we arrived. The room was clean and different in a positive way from any other hotel we have been to.

The breakfast was great and the room was a decent size. The room was clean except there was debris along the edge of one wall. I noticed this when I was removing our chargers. The beds were comfortable. The hotel was quiet and it was great that our dog was welcome.

There was only one chair.

So close to everything we wanted to do.

We couldn’t find the switch to the bathroom fan. Would have liked the fan on.
