The staff were very friendly, helpful and amazing!

The room was a little confining and may need a few updates, but the bathroom was very spacious and the tub was a plus.

Pour ce niveau d’hôtel, on aurait aimé que la douche fonctionne, malgré nos demandes répétées, que les lits soient systématiquement préparés sans avoir à demander, que les appareils ventilateurs tres bruyants et placés à côté de notre porte de chambre soient éteints la nuits

The Statler is a cool concept with it being an older revitalized hotel in the heart of downtown Dallas. Check in & out was smooth and the hotel has a lot of amentias (pool, rooftop bar, speakeasy, breakfast, etc.). The rooms were comfortable and a good size, especially the bathroom & overall we had a good stay.

Unfortunately the charm of an older hotel also has its drawbacks, even though the hotel and rooms are redone parts of them still felt a little beat up, especially the lighting and electronics which didn't always work as intended. Also, during our two night stay no one came by to make up the room which was a disappointing.

The parking rates were too high. It should be included for guest or a little cheaper.

Cobran mas de 50 dólares parqueadero por dia pero no lo informan al hacer la reserva El depósito de 250 dolares no lo devuelven Dice que llega a la tarjeta de credito en 7 dias pero la verdad no me parece No es un bloqueo de tarjeta por ese monto ni es un voucher; lo cobran , lo descuentan de la tardejta de crédito y NO lo devuelven En 7 dias tocará mirar y revisar (me pareció inapropiado) Desayuno lo cobran luego me toco ir a la recepción para mostrar que mi reserva tenia el desayuno incluido (son cosas que molestan ) El agua de la habitación botella normal vale 3 dolares cada una (normalmente no cobran las dos primeras )
