Room was extremely small, nothing like the pictures shown on internet. It was very outdated, musty smelling, no tub, the bed and pillows were extremely uncomfortable. Parking was impossible in the space provided.

The room was very clean and quiet.. A very relaxing place to stay. Staff was very friendly and welcoming.

Only thing missing were toiletries ,soap in the bathroom . I always bring my own but usually they have them in the room.

I did not know that you provide breakfast.

Convenient and clean

The owners were very nice. We arrived a bit later in evening but they greeted us right away. Room had everything we needed even though it was a bit dated we liked it. It was homey and quaint. We could tell they had paid attention to details when cleaning which we really appreciated. The bed wasn’t supportive enough for us but we know that’s very individual. Would possibly stay again if we were in the area. Definitely would if website said mattresses updated. Thanks for having everything in the room so clean and nice.

Only thing not to our liking was the bed. Felt it needed replaced with a more supportive mattress but we know that’s an individual preference.

Cute cottage. Spotless. Very comfortable beds.

The location was perfect. Just outside of town. Rooms were cozy and staff was great. Will definitely stay again

I liked the rate. I liked the room. I like that the staff cleaned and straightened the room every day. Your mattresses were wonderful I slept like a baby. Most of all I was impressed by the way I was greeted. The gentleman had everything ready for me when I walked in the door. Also we had a small issue with programming the television and it was addressed right away.

I can't find anything wrong and I don't want to find anything wrong. I have already recommended to a number of my friends.

Well maintained clean property. We stayed in one of the cabins. Very small but everything we needed. Staff was very friendly.

Tiny bathroom, what you would expect for a small cabin.

The grounds were well kept and my cottage was clean with the amenities I needed. I also found the staff friendly and accommodating. Rock Ledge Motel's location was ideal and in close proximity to other areas of interest.

Loved having a separate cottage. Small but cute. Felt more private. Close to town. Nice & clean. Air conditioner worked great. The bed was so surprisingly comfortable! Would stay again.

Neither are a deal breaker but locks on door could be upgraded to feel safer. Shower is tight space.

Very, very friendly staff! The little cottage was very clean and the beds were comfortable. It's a family friendly and quiet motel. Would highly recommend staying there!

There was nothing to dislike about the place

Jim and Cindy were wonderful hosts!! Very clean and comfortable room! I especially like the comfort of the bed!! We were only 5 minutes from downtown Alexandria Bay and a few minutes from Clayton! We did a boat tour to Singer Castle with Uncle Sam Boat Tours and one with Clayton Boat Tours to Rock Island Lighthouse! Both were very enjoyable!!! Thanks again, Jim and Cindy for a great mini vacation getaway!!
