Nothing the whole hotel smelled like fish

The internet didnt work so if you wanted to enjoy the tv would also not work and it wouldn’t let u connect your hotspot to it so u feel like u living in dark age, we live in 2023 and still vacation spots dont have internet . They said they will give me credit which obviously will they never did , upon asking multiple time they still act like they wana give credit but never actually. So i will not recommend staying here to mess-up your vaccination . Would not recommend staying here.

I didn't like the fact that I book a unit with a stove and kitchenette and all I get is a microwave, a small sink and a dirty small refrigerator

Location was good. Definitely need to bring or rent a car, etc to get around if you want to get somewhere good to eat. Beach is close by...about a 3-5 minute walk across the street.

When we reserved the apartment, it was stated in the agreement and description that Internet and TV would be available. I also read some of the most recent reviews just prior to arriving that mentioned the TV and Internet wasn't available (as it was stated "available" in the agreement). I contacted the agent via text...they replied and stated "it was included and it would be available". When we arrived, and throughout our stay, it was not available. Also, customer service for questions was not available. No one on property to help if needed. It was a nightmare just trying to get in to the apartment as the codes sent didn't make any sense. There were flammable cans sitting on top of the water heater in the closet (behind a closed door that we didn't notice until the day before we were leaving), and papers stuffed in the vents of the A/C intake inside the same area for the A/C in the room. Complete code violations here. We did not feel safe, had no where to put the flammable materials as we could not find anyone on property to properly dispose of these items. Would not recommend this property to anyone. The advertising makes it look and sound wonderful...don't fall for it. Spend the extra money and go to a nice resort hotel on the beach instead. We are asking for a refund due to the false advertising and health/safety concerns. We have photos of the code violations and plan to send them to the appropriate personnel.

Internet and TV for news would have been great. Our flight was messed up and we knew nothing until we got to the airport. News and Internet would have been greatly appreciated. Also let us know of this change in service.

Location of property is excellent. Great for someone that wants a slightly cheaper condo that has easy access to the beach, a good Mexican Restaurant downstairs, and others in walking distance. I would consider this unit a budget condo, although the complex is nice.

The TV and Internet were not available in that unit. We were credited promptly by Vacasa, $25 per night. That did not change that we could not relax with a TV on our rainy evenings. The back of the condo, where we walk in, was a dumping area for boxes and scrap from the restaurants below. Just unsightly to walk by every day. Our sheets were the wrong size for the bed. Must have been a special bed size. Requested new sheets, and promptly brought up, but the fitted sheet still did not fit. The condo was more like a budget hotel room. Stark white, no personality, but clean. One window overlooking hallway. I would pay 89.00 a night, and that would be a fair price.

Bathroom was very nice. Kitchen was sufficient.

NO view. Loud pitch sound coming from fridge. I have ringing of ears so sound from fridge seemed to make it worse and with NO TV, for sound, made it unbearable. NO Internet was also Unsatisfactory. If had one of those two 'items', would have made visit more bearable. I am requesting, at the least, half of my Bill .....

Elevator was not working, and had been down for done time. Was not notified if this before arriving.
