The host was extremely helpful, even opened an extra bedroom for us without any extra charges. Informed us about all local shopping/restaurants and options.
The house was well equipped , balcony with view a definite bonus.
No pans, only pots - would be good to have at least one frying pan.
The WiFi was not very strong and kept shifting between providers.
The walk into town is more like 20-30 minutes rather than 15 minutes - very pleasant walk and if one also has the option to take the scenic route - 45 minutes but well worth it.

The place was very spacious. Easy bus connection to Galway city center.
Lacking basic kitchen utensils and ingredients (cutting knives, scissors, sugar, oil, large bowls, foil, place to dry items after washes). Items were not cleaned thoroughly.

We had three bedrooms over two floors, for five people, loved the split especially for those who needed a single occupancy for various reasons, it meant we had good space and bathroom facilities to speed everything up.
Location was a bit away from the town centre but easily walkable in 20 minutes or via a 10 minute bus ride. There was a really nice pub nearby and a mini market, which was handy for breakfast stuff or home snacks.
Both bathrooms could do with shelves and space for toiletries, hooks for towels, and the essentials. There was no shower gel, just shampoo.

In event we stayed at a related location as the room set aside for us had a plumbing issue (alternative was down the road a short distance). On site parking access was a bit tight but that was no surprise. Nearby facilities were good.
