In the room the lamps and other surface have dust. I got an allergy when I stay there.

The breakfast was great. The price was good.

The air from the ac was stale, like it had been a smoking room. The "updates" they had done were just new paint done poorly. The bathroom door almost didn't close because it drug the floor so bad. Also wasn't the cleanest.

The breakfast was great and had a good selection of items. The room was nice...comfortable and had everything we expected.

On Booking.com's site, it specifically states there is a free airport shuttle to/from Hobby but the hotel confirmed that is not true. That was one of the reasons we booked this hotel so that was a disappointment. Booking needs to update that and remove it as a feature they offer.

Requested a room on an upper floor in a quiet section of the hotel. Received the second floor facing the freeway -- noise level from the passing cars and trucks made it difficult to sleep. Gun fire in the neighborhood was unnerving, but not the hotel's fault. No shuttle to the airport, however someone did mention they would provide an Uber if necessary. Breakfast was from 7 to 10, but was listed at 6:30 to 10:00 in the booking. (could be a Booking.com issue?) We had an early flight, so we had to grab a bite on the run. Water temperature never got very warm.

dirty floors, dirty counters, and dirty room fridge. plus we had previously talked twice with Teresa and she put down we were going to have an early check in since our plane arrived early that morning and upon arrival there was no room for us to check in early on. I had to get ready for our sons 11am wedding in the hotel lobby bathroom!!!

the receptionist tried to charge me twice for our stay when I showed her I already paid. I had to pull up my bank statement to show her I paid. The ac did not work and it was dirty.
