623 was pleasant. Good TVs. Cost was reasonable compared to other rooms.

623 needs updates. Need to clarify side balcony, not beach front. Chairs on balcony uncomfortable. No table on balcony. Need to say on east side of building, can't see sunset.Carpet in bedroom old needs a new carpet. The dehumidifier in bedroom a red flag?

The location was amazing. The size of the room was great too.

The pictures were very deceiving. The condo is outdated. Bathrooms are very old and the toilets had no pressure to flush. The occupants before left behind a child's sock and snack behind the night stand. One of the sliding doors was old and could barely slide open or shut. Broken chair and wobbly table on the balcony. The listing said oceanfront view and it was not. It was on the side. The owners may want to reconsider the washer/dryer combo placement. The dryer was blowing lint all in the closet (fire hazard). I added water to the end of the vent hose bucket to maintain the lent. And the water in the washer was supposed to be cold but was extremely hot. And the last thing, maintenance/cleaning crew walked in before we had conpletely finished packing up and getting out. He walked in with no knock or anything at 9:30am. Check out was 10am. The booking agency RealJoy had great customer service and were very friendly.

the rooms were dirty and they stunk, I had to wash the covers prior to us using them. the pictures were not the same. it definitely was not worth the money we spent. the kitchen was falling apart, the doors were falling apart, the hot water wasn’t hot, there was no outdoor table like the picture showed, the beds were hard, the couch didn’t pull out. our overall stay wasn’t as planned.

The rates were in line with the accommodation, so we would stay there again. The facility is easy to navigate and gated.

The only good thing about the property was the location to the beach.

When we got into our room after traveling 7 hours, our room was dirty. Froot Loops still on the floor from previous occupants, floor had not been swept nor washed. Towels were folded but dirty. Only one roll of toilet paper per bathroom with 8 occupants so we went to buy our own. The pictures posted are VERY deceiving and had I known our room was this outdated for the price, we would have NEVER stayed here. The front door is cracked, as if someone tried to break the door down. Mold in the bathrooms. We went to the lobby to ask them to send someone to clean the unit and they do not have access to the rooms so we had to contact the managers of the unit by phone, which took us calling 8 times before they called us back. They sent someone to clean the room while we were out. Even after they “cleaned”there was still Froot loops on the floor but it didn’t smell clean in the unit. The ORKIN man came beating on the door to spray behind the fridge. Attached are pictures from our room.

The place was clean, it was a beautiful view. The ladies who worked in the office were amazing and very sweet and helpful. Beach access was great, heated pools were awesome.

Some of the security was very rude, while some were amazing. There were so many rules that weren't posted anywhere and we weren't informed until security would come tell us and stand over us for no less than an hour.
