Centralized to everything in NW Portland. Loved the affordable comfortable accommodations. Perfect retreat location.
Nothing, everything was wonderful.

Parking can be an issue.

Tim really went out of his way to accommodate my requests and also make sure I had everything I needed. He gave great recommendations of everything close by in the area, including public transportation details. Washington Park is very close and only a 2 mile hike to Hoyt Arboretum. Everything was very clean and tidy. If you are not used to staying in guesthouses, there isn't private bathroom, but I had no problem being able to get into the shower or bathroom when I needed it. I would definitely stay here again.

cute decor, felt fairly private, no loud neighbors, nice bathroom, cute shops nearby
not that close to transport if you need to get to the other side of Portland, noisy outside, blinds are not effective for keeping light out so would've preferred curtains, owner left a poorly worded and fairly aggressive letter about payment that was dropped off at a strange hour. my recommendation is to call the guest on the phone in the future, or drop the notice off in the early evening so that you're not woken up to this type of message cause it set a bad tone for the rest of my stay when I was already working around the clock.
