Really clean, full kitchen with all the works, comfy sofa, decent shower. On-site staff really friendly, host was always available when needed. Good parking. Locally had power cuts a few times in an evening, each time the on-site staff were on it asap and

On-site food was pretty expensive (which is nothing to do with the booking) Beds were pretty uncomfortable.

Lovely lodge. Good location. Good facilities onsite. Great communication from owners. Very good heating and fireplace was a bonus. Easy close parking space. Very clean and extremely well presented. Handy dishwasher.

A few small issues. Main bedroom mattresses was uncomfortable, you can feel the springs even with a topper they’d used, and it really does need replacing. Nowhere to sit to take shoes off at the door (fair request by owners). Fridge was set to 8 degrees so our first milk purchase went off quickly (I adjusted to 4 degrees for them when I noticed and replaced milk). I assumed another guest must have changed the temperature during their stay.

Very spacious and well decorated. All modern amenities and a definite luxury feel to the property.

Location was perfect to discover the New Forest and near enough to the seaside. Getting out to the main road was a bit tricky.

USB sockets would be useful in the lodge. TV instructions would be great. Main en-suite bathroom folding shower screen (not used) appears to be faulty. Access to the park restaurant not allowed.

No problems with the property, the facilities on the holiday park could be better but nothing to do with the property itself.

We had a fabulous time at Quince 10. Very clean and comfortable and quiet at night, perfect for a good nights sleep. The owner contacted us prior to our stay to give us information and was very friendly. We loved the site, clean, great facilities and activities and friendly, helpful staff. The accommodation itself has all you would need, perfect for a relaxed family holiday. The accommodation was well located on the site and for visits to local areas. We didn't want to leave and will definitely return. Couldn't recommend it more.
