I really wanted to write nice things, but I didn't like anything.My room was very dirty and was not cleaned even once. There was a water leak in the bathroom. Even though I informed the reception, it was not checked. The heating system in the room was not working. The elevator issue was a disaster. The elevator did not work because the cards they gave were old. I've come across it many times. Other customers also complained about the elevators. I lived through three days like a nightmare.

Es un edifici construït per altres funcions amb molt de valor històric. Això no impedeix que sigui confortable. Es la construcció més gran de Praga. Hi ha un bar lounge a la planta 14 amb molt d'encant. Les habitacions són amples vaig ocupar una de categoria "executive" pel preu d'una normal. L'esmorzar és més que correcte i molt variat per satisfer tothom. El personal és molt amable. Menció especial per Iskandar i Denisa de l'equip de recepció. Es una mica lluny de la ciutat vella però està molt ben comunicat en tramvia.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. Staff also gave us information of where to go that was off the regular tourist lists which was nice. Rooms were cleaned daily very well. At breakfast the tables had the dirty plates cleared off right away. Also the food was kept well stocked.

First of all the location of the hotel and all transports near the hotel to the city center. And not so expensive. Service, personal, breakfast, room and silence of the hotel. And wine with the compliments/

For the price it was good

The rooms we had for a one night stay were located on the first floor. Definitely needs renovation but we were given a very low price threw booking, maybe there are better rooms at a better rate. For the price the rooms were ok. For a 4 star hotel they were not ok but again the price for prague was very good.

Personel in reception was really helpful not only to hotel matters but they guide us how to spend our time with regards to visiting places to the city. Appreciate.

Breakfast was great as was the room and value for money. Most of the staff were very helpful.

Great price and beautiful inside. Lobby is great and like in a movie... TV with many channels. Shower with very strong water pressure. GREAT!

there is a nice choice of different sorts of tea for breakfast but mint tea (which is usually the 3rd most popular one after black and green ones)

Very clean. Rooms are large enough and there is a lot of space on the facility. Food was very nice and reasonably priced.

There was a bit of a smell like drainage smell around the property but not in the room.

Elegance, cleanliness and location for my congress.

Personnel can be more friendly.

Excellent breakfast, room was as expected, clean and comfortable, we enjoyed a great stay and would like coming back to this wonderful city and beautiful hotel.
