Everything - absolutely perfect

Nothing at all

No outside space that was usable and sunny

My family have a time share at fairways / but as i was travelling on my own i wanted something more suitable for my needs and something more intimate ... The country club certainly lived up to this ... i had an amazing stay / I was supposed to have a friend join me but sadly due to the covid situation she couldn't make it ... never the less i had a great stay .

When eating on your own the staff were a little awkward // other than that everything was amazing

The accommodation was very comfortable, spacious and clean.

Overall hard standards were good and met expectations, soft standards were below what one expects at a four seasons facility. Customer service was generally acceptable, house keeping exceeded expectations, house keeping staff were approachable, friendly and very keen to learn our needs. Sorts centre staff were also competent and friendly, Security staff at the entry gate were inconsistent, varying from acceptable to rude and borderline aggressive.

Inconsistent Customer Service at entry gate. Other Resorts in Quinta do Lago don’t have security control at entry point, Four Seasons chooses to have one, that’s great but staff must be trained, Service basics at least, i.e meet & greet. We had such a bad experience one day when returning from the beach that my 5 year old son kept asking me for days about the rude gentleman at the entry gate, I had to reassure him for several days that it was ok and that nothing bad would happen to us. Sometimes we had our temperature checked, sometimes we didn’t, sometimes they checked the forehead sometimes the wrist, sometimes they swiped our villa keys on a card reader sometimes they didn’t. Sometimes they greeted us, sometimes they didn’t.
