The hotel was in a great location right in the centre of the city. It came with on site parking which was a real bonus. The reception staff were really friendly and helpful. We had a very comfortable stay.

The only negatives were that some parts of the room were a bit tired. A minor thing but there could be more hooks in the bathroom. There’s a great space at the end of the shower that could be utilised.

Centralissima posizione a pochi passi da tutte le principali attrazioni , staff cordiale e gentile , la struttura è molto elegante e definita in ogni particolare. Sala relax con possibilità di prendere tisane , caffè o acqua gratuiti per tutto il giorno. Colazione ottima nel salato , dolce da migliorare ma comunque molto buono , prodotti di qualità. In generale hotel ottimo ci tornerei volentieri.

La camera era un po’ dotata, mancavano gli elementi essenziali come bollitore, set di cortesia e coperte in più in caso di freddo. La climatizzazione non funzionava e quindi abbiamo avuto un po’ di freddo. Nel cornicione della porta c’era abbastanza spazio da entrare tutta la luce dell’atrio e da lì sentivamo ogni persona che camminava nel corridoio.. quindi l’insonorizzazione peccava. La pulizia… nonostante tutti i giorni ci cambiassero le lenzuola e asciugamani… era possibile osservare tanta tanta polvere nella camera: nella testiera del letto, sopra l’armadio ( palline di polvere) e nel frigobar.
