Bed was super comfortable Big room Massive tv Big mirrors Right in the middle of town

Tv has no WiFi and staff didn’t sort it when I asked 😭

Zentral gelegen, preiswert, schönes Bad. Vorzeitiger Bag-Drop ohne Probleme.

(Fast) kein Tageslicht, Sauberkeit (v.a. Teppich beim Bett).

I've stayed in this hotel previously and it WAS a little run down to say the least. But I arrived to find that it has had a makeover. And a good one, Much improved. room had new carpet, bed, big tv, coffee and tea facilities, an iron and ironing board. Very good indeed, in a great location and a good price.

It was just what I needed for a 1-person stay, nothing more and nothing less. Great location, helpful staff. Bed was comfortable. Free WiFi was convenient. Facilities all worked and were clean. Lots of mirrors in the hallway was cute. Drawers in the bedside table and desk were a nice touch. Iron, ironing board and fan convenient supplies. The little FAQ site when you connected to the WiFi was helpful. Clear signage on shower controls and on doors and windows. Anti-slip bath mat provided. Good standard. Definitely a 3 star hotel.

The bed only came with 1 pillow as standard so I had to call for an additional one. My initial phone call to Reception didn't connect and rang off. The WiFI connection wasn't reliable with frequent drop-outs and very slow page loading times. The staircase between floors was very hot when going up from the 4th floor and cold going up from Reception to the third floor. The bathroom smelt a bit strange, ventilator fan was silent so not sure if it was working.
