The room was nice and comfortable bed.
Staff were very friendly. I enjoyed my stay with my little dog.
No bins in carpark for doggy doos and ashtrays outside never emptied. Outside sitting area lovely but for that. I found it quite stressful trying to cross road and tram tracks to find a bin.

Brilliant breakfast & staff.
Whilst drinking at the bar & paying 32£ a round, 1 bar staff in particular didn't enjoy preparing cocktails... So when we asked for them, he would huff & reply with " if I must " he also argued in front of us with the female bar staff that he was using the correct glasses to make a cocktail, which he wasnt, he was using a small tumbler which were located under the free water dispenser.

"Bathroom was lovely and room was plenty big enough for our family of 4. bunk beds, a sofa bed and a huge bed. Car park on site."
