The breakfast is excellent. Lots of options; and very healthy ones too. Fresh fruit platters and bowls of fresh fruit, along with yogurts. There's also an assortment of smoothies to choose from. You can't fault the cooked breakfast buffet, and poached eggs are made to order if you want them.
The staff here are lovely, and provide a brilliant welcome after your journey with a nice cup of tea (or coffee)!
Very clean, warm and welcoming.
It's far enough out of the centre of Blackpool to enjoy the peace and quite, but there's a tram stop opposite, so you can easily dip in and out as much or as little as you choose.
Parking is quite easy even if the hotel carpark is full, as the sideroads are free.
There are some lovely bars and restaurants in easy walking distance too.
The bathrooms are a little on the small size, but they're spotlessly clean, and it's still good value for money.

On arrival offered tea or coffee. Very friendly welcoming hosts. Room lovely and bed super comfortable. Had the best nights sleep 😴 Breakfast was lovely anything and everything lots of choice and plenty of it too. Beautiful decor and communal sitting Room very cozy and inviting 😁 Lovely garden to sit out. Would recommend and will certainly be back 😁👍🏻

I never write reviews but my stay at Brincliffe was exceptional. Fantastic value for money and the staff were so friendly and helpful. A lovely stay and I will definitely be going back!

Rooms were small but very well presented.
Breakfast was excellent.
Staff very friendly and accommodating.
Wasn't anything to dislike.
The car park only has room for about 4 cars but we did manage to get a space. I suppose there's a chance you may have to find street parking but that is only a small drawback to what was a very nice b&b , and would definitely return.

Location good, great to be able to park, we arrived early and were offered a cuppa, which was lovely. We or great, hotel clean, friendly staff. Good choice at breakfast. Bottled water in room was a nice touch, also proper mugs for a cup of tea.

Couldn't fault this place, fresh breakfast and lots of selection too, rooms are clean, although our room was a little small that wasn't a issue though because the good things made our holiday very enjoyable, they also take dogs so that's a bonus! We enjoyed it so much we've booked for November, staff are lovely too.

To be honest, I paid 125 for one night, it was a £45 at the best. I liked nothing about room 10.
OK so for 125 a night. Room 10 is no more than a store room. 12 inch t.v that doesn't get a full reception, WiFi that isn't strong enough to keep connected, beds that had clearly just been made and not changed. The ladylady was very proud of the, " biggest shower room in the hotel' she said, shower didn't fix to the wall and it was either red hot or stone cold. Landlady was pleasant enough but seriously 125 a night !. Never will I stay there again, I feel like I have been robbed out of £80. I didn't say anything to the landlady, as I know the pandemic has hit them hard I'm that industry, please send my comments to her about room 10. Everyone else seemed happy enough though.

The breakfast was fantastic. Plenty of choice. Lovely smoothies, delicious fresh fruit very well presented and main course had every item there is for breakfast

Location to Blackpool and cleveleys was excellent. The breakfast was exceptional, fit for a king. Sue and Tony were very helpful and friendly.

Clean friendly helpful staff lovely breakfast
I was happy warm the only thing I would bring your own pillow with you as to soft and it was a taxi ride into town for pubs ect bar closed 10.45 pm

First time staying at this Hotel and it will not be the last, great little find on Booking.com, was greeted with a cuppa which is a lovely little touch and it made us feel very welcome, the family room was exceptionally clean, hosts are friendly and approachable, we stay in quite a few booking.com hotels and this one has been one of the best, breakfast was amazing, it is buffet style with a lot of choices to accommodate all tastes, great bonus that we could have our little dog stay overnight too, great visit had by all, thank you Brincliffe Hotel, see you next year!
