It was well located
No cell service inside the building, and no internet connection. I asked for help in solving this problems but they told me that they have these problems with iPhones and they cannot help me with it.
The toilet cannot be cleaned after use so it remains dirty until the cleaning ladies clean it the next day. The room is very very small, dark and old.
The furnitures are outdated and in poor condition. The bathroom is flooded after taking a shower because it is not properly constructed. The breakfast is insanely overpriced compared to the quality, the food was cold and dining room is so small that you cannot even get your food if there is more than 2 rooms having breakfast at the same time. The tv is old and only a few Spanish channels are available.

The smell in reception was terrible, maybe an issue with drains that make you think ‘Oh my God if the room has the same smell it will be terrible’- but not at all. smell upstairs not exist.

Great location for Cathedral and old city.
Room lovely, breakfast very good
No parking or bag drop off, so uphill walk with bags from car park was exhausting.
Internet didn’t work in rooms and was not secure anyway.

Very good location and easy to reach it from the old city. Very nice employee. Very clean.
Light breakfast. Same food options everyday. My room was very small, but was ok for 1 person.

Great location behind the Cathedral, walking distance to everywhere. 24-hour parking garage is some 10 minutes by foot from the hotel (price was about 1.20 per hour, very decent), easy to reach the hotel from there.
Internet in my room did not connect very well, but otherwise great stay.

This was my 2nd stay while in Santiago. You can feel that special expierience, that makes you want to come back.

Great location next to the Cathedral, with plenty of places to eat snd souvenir stores. Staff is very professional, friendly and helpful. The hotel is historic, yet very modern with comfortable facilities and a offer the option of a good, tasty breakfast. A place I would choose every time and recommend fully.

They didn't tell us in advance that the don't have parking. In the fhone the explanation about the parking near the hotel wasn't accurate.
