We loved the hospitality we received from the staff from the moment we arrived. The hotel is very nice for the price, with great views from the lobby as well as from the room. The breakfast was excellent with lots of variety and quality food. Everything was great.

We stayed at Ryokan Asagiriso from September 29 to October 1, 2026, and the experience exceeded all our expectations. The room was fantastic with a gorgeous view, even better than the photos on Booking.com. The breakfast was amazing, and the hotel's onsen was simply wonderful to relax in. However, the absolute highlight of our stay was the service. A male member of the staff helped us with our luggage and took care of us with a level of attention and dedication that was genuinely touching. If we could, we would pack him in our suitcase and take him to the Czech Republic as a role model for hospitality! Since we can't do that, we will just have to come back to Asagiriso instead. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts for such a magical time in Kinosaki Onsen!
