Ήταν σε βολική τοποθεσία. Γενικά αν και ήταν παλιές οι εγκαταστάσεις ήταν αρκετά τίμιο. Είχε και μπαλκόνι.

Aufgrund eines stark verspäteten Fluges kam ich sehr spät in der Nacht ( nach den Check in Zeiten) an. Das Personal hat mir im Vorfeld erklärt, wie ich trotzdem Zugang zum Hotel bekomme und welche Zimmernummer ich habe. Dadurch musste ich kein neues Hotelzimmer buchen. Eine sehr aufmerksame und zuvorkommende Leistung , die ich nach einer sehr langen Reise sehr geschätzt habe.

Good location and friendly staff. The family members loafing around and the somewat old-fashioned interiors reminded me of family vacations in the 70s, so much nicer than the impersonal sterility of the large chains. They facilitated my late decision to include breakfast without a problem. And all that for a very competitive price!

My room offered no view of the lake or mountains, just the house next door

Overall it is a nice hotel in a quiet part of Lugano - Paradiso. Close to funicular. Good price/quality ratio

A bit far from the center. But it is very pleasant to walk 15-20 min just near the gorgeous lake. The breakfast was very basic - but it is rather overall the Swiss issue. The walls are a bit thin - so I could hear everything what was going on by my neighbors

Wir haben uns vom Frühstücks mehr erwartet. Keine Lactosefreien Sachen(Margarine Milch) und etwas reichhaltiger.

La posizione e la disponibilità della reception

L’aria condizionata non si accendeva, sono sceso a chiedere e dalla reception me l’hanno attivata, naturalmente come non sono riuscito ad accenderla non sono riuscito neanche a spegnerla, non riuscivo neanche a regolare la temperatura, mi avevano detto che c’era un pulsante direttamente nello split, ma ho più volte tentato senza risultato, risultato tutta la notte al freddo.

Perfect budget hotel close to train station.

The location is good since the bus stop is 2mins walk from the hotel. Good only for a night stay.

We ask the hotel in advance for an early check and they give us a indefenite answer. So we assume its fine but when we get there our room is not yet ready and they told us to come back at 2:30PM. But when we came back they told us that the room will be ready at 3:30PM. What a shame on the inconsistency. The room is good but no bath soap, kettle, glass etc. just a bare room.

The location was fantastic. Easy walk to the tram and 10 minutes in the centre of Florence

Comfortable beds and pillows. Air conditioner works pretty good. Very good for the value. Staff is very friendly and room was clean and neat.

The shower is not the best, the cord is too short so I could barely wash my hair properly. If you are a tall person like me this ccan be an issue
