everything was perfect, great family business feel hotel, everyone very friendly, great location

sound insulation in the walls of the room was poor however, we could hear next door room's bathroom too much

Everithing is very good and host also very nice as well i got free parking next to the hotel.

Very nice stay. Comfortable room, great view across the lake. Quiet. Good breakfast and evening meal. Loved the pool and swimming in the lake from the sun platform. Wonderful friendly staff.

The location, the view from the room, people working there exceptionally friendly and kind. Set menu at the hotel restaurant different every evening. Food made by the hotels chef.

very clean. staff very attentative. Nothing is too much trouble. The location and views are exceptional. The infinity pool is ingested but welcoming on hot days. There are jacuzzi bubbles at one end to sit in and take in the views. The owners sons love to experiment with cocktails which was good. free pedlo and large bathing deck on lake front. very relaxing

The only improvement which is common in all nearby hotels is lack of drink making facility in there rooms.

An absolutely stunning view of the lake directly from the room. The staff has been very friendly and forthcoming. We had a really great time and enjoyed our stay.

We loved the location. It was a little further away from the main town of Lugano which was perfect for peace and quiet. The balcony in our room overlooked the lake and offered a spectacular view. The restaurant in the hotel was lovely and on the lake as well. We also loved the paddle boat that we could take out into the water.

The room was rather small but clean and comfortable.
