TUI BLUE Medina Gardens - Adults Only - All Inclusive

Our room was large and a good view of the pool and gardens, plus it was quiet at night.

The music at the events was too loud : my Apple watch said every night that the noise level would affect my hearing if I sat for over 30 minutes in the sound. I think the management should review the sound levels especially for the sake of their staff who are being affected every night. I wear hearing aids so I understand the long term impact of noisy environments.

The inclusive terms,the happy and helpful staff and the location. The room was well appointed and the bed comfortable.

Despite being warned guests were still allowed to “book” pool lounges.

Lovely property and facilities. Gardens are beautiful.

Don’t be fooled by the signs for the sky bar. This place is a private restaurant not part of the hotel but the signage suggests that it is. Booking is required. Those who want late night/early morning entertainment then this maybe isn’t for you.

We had a very lovely swim-up suite. A lovely room. Central location.

There were real issues with internet access/wifi availability. We were told there was an issue as we checked in and were told that it would likely be sorted in a couple of hours. It was not. Following morning, still no wifi networks available. I had sent several messages to Tui Blue and through B.Com. Food that we tasted was nice, not amazing unfortunately. Fab watermelon! There are some exemplars though in the employees (e.g. Ismail in the Lobby bar). Actually Ismail was really professional and related nicely with clients in an understated way. I asked to see a 'manager' since we had no/disrupted wifi for 2 days of our stay. I definitely would not have booked this hotel at ca £400 per night if I had known of the wifi issues. Let's just say there was no resolution or apology. In fact I was told that if I have a problem I need to contact the booking company, not them. An unpleasant experience.
