Wyndham Grand Phu Quoc

Everything was exceptional. The staff are very helpful and respectful. It was one of the best hotels I have stayed in.

Unfortunately i was unlucky to found out the swimming pool under construction during my visit.

The service by the staff extremely good!

Nothing all were good.

Large, comfortable rooms. Beautiful views from the balcony. Very high-quality furniture and equipment inside. A huge and beautiful beach.

All hotel bars close at 10:00 PM

The hotel room itself was exceptional. Nice & spacious. Very clean. The buffet breakfast was average. Some of the meals were cold and didnt have much flavour. The "seafood" buffet dinner was very lacklustre. The seafood consisted of prawns, grilled mackerel, squid, sea snails and sashimi. Don't advertise crabs on the seafood buffet if you don't plan to serve it. We were also interrogated about the "credit" that we had received, questioning its validity. The front reception staff were hit & miss. Some were friendly and some were very dismissive. We were locked out of our room as we had booked an extra night stay. The female at night reception was rude & dismissive. I can commend duty manager Vu. He was exceptional with his service. The rules at the pool were ridiculous. The temperature in the water was definitely too hot. The water slides were not even steep and the 140cm rule was ridiculous, calling my daughter a "baby" even though she is 6 years old. A five star rating definitely does not produce quality or class.

As above.
