Great location, two great pubs within walking distance along with a superb butchers. Rye, Winchelsea and Hastings all close enough to visit and shop. We stayed for a month and found the kitchen well equipped and the team that managed the property kindly supplied a brand new cloths airer (within 24 hours) after we approached them re laundry drying. Very comfortable for a couple with small dog, we did have friends visit us so used second upstairs bedroom, whilst the bathroom is located via the main bedroom we were aware of this so planned around that, along with a toilet on the ground floor meant there were no issues. Owner, property manager and housekeeper were all contactable and extremely responsive via text which was great 😊 Lots of books and great selection of Apps on the TV as well

Garden furniture (table and chairs) weren’t in great condition and we were unable to use them. Property manager and owner have been advised
