Classy Room 17th C Canalhouse

Had a wonderful stay at Canal House, especially as a solo traveller. The location was perfect—centrally located and within a quick walk of Central station, restaurants, Dam Square, Jordaan, and other attractions. The room was spacious, airy, well maintained, and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. A special mention to Evert, the owner, who was incredibly kind and helpful and made sure my stay was relaxing and pleasant. I’d happily stay here again and highly recommend Canal House for anyone visiting Amsterdam!

None, it was everything I was looking for and more!

It was absolutely beautiful, just loved it. There was everything you could need in the room, including toiletries, drinks, tv etc. Evert the host is ace!

Nothing - the stairs are a bit brutal after a few beers

Location was excellent, room was immaculate no issues, but entrance was in poor condition.

The lock to get in was difficult at first, with been 2 locks, stairs were super strap and poorly lit

Loved the quiet location. So very near great restaurants. View was lovely of the canal. Comfortable bed and great space to relax and read.

Nothing! Everything was fantastic!
