Great location, walking distance to central station and the receptionist lady was very friendly and helpful. They offer welcoming drinks.
The lobby area is cozy and the hotel is beautiful from outside with a sitting area/bench at the entrance, typical Dutch experience.
I was not aware the room i had booked was in the basement as there was no indication of it in booking.com. Room was small but nicely decorated. Not much storage space/ warderobe capacity. You can hear the neighbors and street noise. There are rooms on the higher floors with canal views which are probably 100% worth staying.

Great location. Friendly staff. Clean rooms. Very good value for a pleasant excellent location.

A great base for exploring the city, clean room and friendly staff.
The bathroom is downstairs, with a narrow staircase that may be difficult for some guests to navigate.

Location is great in the centre on a pretty canal, room was quiet.
Room was very basic, a bed, sink, and shower directly in the corner of the room with no separation. The room was very small at about 3m by 4m perhaps. Toilet was communal in the corridor. Whilst this basic experience is not problematic, I feel the price and the advertising were suggesting of more luxury.
