Great location to the museum/cultural district. Room was quiet and street was residential. Staff pleasant and helpful. Strong hipster vibe here. Loved the welcoming drink tickets.

It was too small and stuffy for our liking. Also, i'm personally not a fan of rolled carpet left in corridor by the wooden cubbies for luggage. Hipster vibe may have been trying too hard? Highly suggest the property INSTALL a CEILING FAN IN THE BATHROOM - cuts down on humidity and ceiling mold.

Dirty towels were not taken from room when clean towels given, we requested for linen to be changed which was not done.

The room was nicely designed and the bed was comfy. Location was a quiet street so made use of the balcony which was wonderful. Location was still close enough to walk to the heart of Amsterdam. Staff was wonderful.

A coffee machine would have been nice. But overall no complaints.

The location and the staff. It is a super quiet but still central neighborhood and the staff were also super friendly.

The only minor thing is the size of the room. It was super small, cute, but so small. And this can totally be my fault because I completely based myself on the pictures of the room, but they did not match. The pictures showed a much larger room than the one we got. Don't get me wrong, it was very clean and decorated well but there is not much space in the room for your luggage.

Great hotel and perfect location! Looks just like the pictures. The bed was super comfy and the room, although small as they all are in Amsterdam, had space for everything and was comfortable. Communication with the hotel was great, our flight was canceled last minute and they responded very quickly and were able to accommodate us. Would definitely stay here again!

Central to all museums, Trams, restaurants, groceries. Plus, the area was quiet, beautiful and safe.

Well, the room and bathroom were very small. But it was an incentive to get out and explore. I would not recommend for someone who is large (200 lbs)

The staff were friendly, helpful, and made you feel welcomed. The hotel was quirky, exceptionally clean, and the breakfasts plentiful.

Sadly we had booked a three single bed room as we were three females travelling together, but it was so small, and the third bed was a camp bed. It wasn't the room shown on booking.com. However, once we complained and said one of us could not possibly sleep on a camp bed which was hard and extremely narrow, they went out of their way to find another bedroom which one of us could sleep in. It was such a disappointment though to arrive and have to spend over an hour sorting out better facilities.

The staff was really nice and helpful.Although the rooms are quite small, they're really comfortable. We like the location a lot. Close to the tram line &museums.

You need to use deep stairs if you'll have breakfast. Just keep in mind there are no places to eat after 19.00 close by.

The beds were extremely small

The location was amazing - such a beautiful neighborhood with lots of museums, huge park, shops and restaurant nearby. And the city center was not far away - one could reach anywhere using metro/tram/by feet. The room had all necessary facilities. The staff was very friendly. The interior of the hotel and small details were really lovely.

The room was very small, especially the toilet. We barely managed to fit out suitcases (used the area underneath the bed for that).

Extremely small. Common areas like corridors/stairs lift etc were not clean and very worn down. Bathroom toilets were not correctly designed, I’m 5”2 and I could not sit straight on the toilet with my knees in front I had to sit sideways because there’s not enough space. For the price I paid, I don’t think the hotel was to standard.

the shower did not drain properly, management and repair man said (without looking) it’s not fixable because the building has sunk and the way it sinks into the ground is not good for the shower pan. maintenance guy said it will never be fixed until there’s a renovation… front desk staff offered me a new room to accommodate and apologized.
