The location was easy walking distance to the city centre and attractions. The breakfast was a good English breakfast. It had some extra facilities such as a fridge and wine glasses. The manager offered to carry my bags up. We were on the top floor.
The water pressure was good and the water hot but shower area was small
The room required some extra cleaning of walls.
The linen was worn and faded and needs replacing.
The bedside lamps were absolutely useless. More light from a candle.
The parking spots were very small
Very very limited ventilation

High cost-effective; Perfect location for tourists; Small fridge included; Nice decoration.
I'm not quite like the shampoo due to personal opinion, however it's quite minor point compares to other advantages.

The location was great. The room was a good size for 2 friends to share.
It needed a deep clean it was dusty and very dirty behind the furniture which had obviously not been moved for years. It was unclear that they serviced the rooms daily, but it was only a look and see service, it felt more like they were being nosy. The beds needed a top sheet not just a duvet with an inner as the room was very hot and the duvet was to hot to use but with no top sheet you were just lying in your nighty on the bed.
