Friendly staff, location and value for money

Renovations-but understandable that it needs to be done

very welcome staff, breakfast perfect , dinner perfect , room is very clean, very great value for the price .. location is perfect to visit everything in cap town.

The room was ckmplwte inappropriate for a disable room. Inadequate space around the bed, bathroom fittings incorrectly placed. Just too terrible

The breakfasts are more than expected. The service was excellent, and the staff were friendly. They will definitly see us again.

I always ♥ coming back to SunSquare... It's always pleasant clean and peaceful. The staff is always great...friendly and very polite. The smiles on the faces makes u feel at home .

Everything is always excellent. I gues the leaving and goin home part is always the negative part.

THere was no hot water for 2 days, we had maintenance 2 nights in the row

That the room we were told we were getting on the third floor was changed for a room with a smaller bar fridge on the first floor

Was perfect for our night in Cape Town. kids loved the pool , staff were friendly and room was comfortable.

beds not very comfy

I had the best Capuchino there in a long time and it was a life saver... The breakfast was great, overlooking the pool and the Mother City. 3 different juices and an array of choices from fruit, savoury desserts, yoghurts and a full breakfast to fill up our tummies. Oh, and the crumpet machine was a hit for the kids!!!!

I stay away from the beef sausages as they have a strange odour. Not sure if it was old or from last weeks breakfast.

Although the room was excellent it was very hot at night you must put an. air-conditioning in order to slip sometimes u. need to cook for your self there must be self catering to accommodate that otherwise it was excellent I can't wait to return again
