The mattresses are great comparing to the other Chinese hotels. The Wifi is also ok. The bedding is fine and clean. No noise room.

The wc didn't flush. The airco thermostat didn't work, only cold or hot in the room. The room is not cleaned well, so many food on the floor from the people before. Only half of the towels were installed the next day. Remote control did not work as it should. After I got manage it to work with some other buttons. Furniture and bathroom is dated. The bell boys are not willing to help with the suitcases what so ever. I did not know what they hired for? The reception desk staff was very unfriendly.

We are extremely satisfied how the Front Office manager, Jane, and her team helped us to retrieve our luggage. It went missing during our transfer Amsterdam-Moscow. How to get it back from Shanghai? They really pushed the airplane company to look for it. They all could empathize with our trouble and stress how to continu our family holiday. After 4 days we had our stuff. I believe this hotel is mostly reserved for the group guests, so it's really busy all the time. Also the facility is quite outdated.
