Location of the hotel is good, 5 minutes walk to the historical center. It's spotlessly clean and breakfast was also quite good. Checkout is at 12:00h which gives enough time, very appreciated, design of the place is modern with many thematic details.

Hotel is in the backyard of the very narrow and steep one-way street. If it's blocked by another car, you need to look for the owner to move it (happened twice during a 2 nights stay). Hotel is approached by a front yard, and there is no place for cars to pass by each other, so if you meet another guests car someone has to go in reverse all the way. Still, the parking is appreciated. Front yard is long, with few more houses, where some of them hold domestic animals, leaving unpleasant smell. In the next yard is a kindergarten, so if your rooms faces that side, it's noise non-stop. Soundproofing is bad, you will hear water, speech, clock alarms and everything else from rooms around yours. While it's really nicely decorated, everything is really compact and each small space is used. Combined with the position of the hotel, our entire stay felt somewhat claustrophobic. Beds are comfy, but pillows are high bouncy synthetic ones, for me they were unusable so a rolled-up towel did the trick.

Very comfortable room overlooking the greenery and trees around the property through big windows. Excellent bed. Excellent breakfast. Very polite staff.

It’s only a 8 minute walk from the centre. Actually I don’t think it’s a con.
