Overall one of the best all inclusive experience, I had. The hotel is on a great location with very nice beach side and lot of bars to always top up your glass with some free bevs. The staff went over and beyond to make us feel welcomed. Check in went very easy and smooth same as the check out. We tried most of the restaurants and we didn't have any bad experience with the food. The chefs and restaurant staff were always very nice and helpful. It's a lovely hotel, great fun and perfect for a week or 2 to relax. I would definetly recommend it to everyone and would probably come back again. It was a wierd experience to have a bookings.com wristband on us compare to our friends who booked the hotel through a different website... We received lot of attention, i guess to improve on the bookings.com ratings compared to them. We asked for help about booking a restaurant for our birhtday and been declined, but 5 minutes later someone came back to us "ohh sorry, i didn't know you booked on bookings. Let me sort it out for you". Also, we booked the same level of room as our frineds, but got a nicer one :)

The people working in the shops near the lobby constantly try to stop you and sell something for you. We decided to buy some inflatables for the pool, but they were poor quality and ripped open after an hour in the pool. We also bought "water proof" sun oil just to burn ourself after the first time going in to the water. I wouldn't recommend to buy anything in those shops. Also, the constant hustle on the beach and next to the pool by guys who try to sell you different experiences and trips when you just want to relax... No A/C in the gym Wifi only in the lobby and super slow. If you ask for the same cocktail, you will get different one everytime :)

During my stay, I'd like to express my happiness due to the maintenance works of rooms plus opening a big restaurant that working all day.

However I surprised about the lake variety of food items and the taste is not superb as they did before specialty for the lunch meal. The staff that providing food are not friendly.

the staff was sooooo friendly and welcoming especially sara ibrahim from the reception who upgraded our rooms to newly upgraded rooms with sea and pool view to mohammed ali the restaurants manager who was so welcoming, always smiling and complimenting us with free invitations

Location is great - just few meters from the beach All inclusive service Politiness of staff, especially housekeepers were friendly Beach is very nice and big but i cannot image how it mat look like during summer season We liked Podium restaurant-visited many times and never dissapointed.

Quality od the food - they use ingredients that were not eaten before, e.g. Dinner from morning/lunch. I know it is a part of their culture but some of staff members (concierge) expected tips for nothing Rooms are spacious but needs to be refurbished - weary furniture, walls need to be painted etc.

We stayed at this property for 1 week and everything went really good. Staff is really kind, thanks in particular to Mr Mo. Rashwan for being so helpful and accommodating our requests. Private beach is amazing. The Red Sea is wonderful! Large choice of restaurants. We strongly recommend it.

Rooms need a renovation. However for the price you pay, it’s ok. Sellers on the beach and pool are a bit annoying as they want to sell you everything possible.

The gardens are very nice, the beach is nicely stretched out (so lots of space) and the staff is very friendly and helpful, especially reception manager Mohamed Rashwan.

The buffet has somewhat limited options for vegetarians (although good salad bar, but most of the mains are with meat).

i was there for one week & i liked the attitude of the staff with nice warm welcoming and nice room with good decoration from reception staff and the rooms division mr mohamed hassan who went above and beyond to satisfy us and mohamed salam the room cleaner did an amazing job mohamed aly asst food and baverage was helpfuel we will come again and visit this lovely place

- The staff at the hotel was amazing with us, always looking after us and we also got a room upgrade and a complimentary dinner, which is very appreciated. - The room was very nice, clean and spacious. - The facilities are very good, lots of of things to do, restaurants, and of course, a private beach. - Felt the vibe of a 5-star resort with a cheaper price tag, very good quality-price relationship.

-The location doesn't seem like the most accessible, although with Uber this is solved easily. -My friend had a situation at the entrance where they weren't allowing him in despite having his bracelet and stating his room number. Not a big deal. But something to watch.

Reasonable price. Huge clean territory with palms and flowers, where you can walk 10km per day). There is a coral reef right not far from pier, where you can enjoy snorkeling every day. There was one pool with warm water in January, very pleasant for swimming. Variety of different sport activities which was important for us (tennis courts, table tennis, beach volleyball, gym inside and at the beach etc). Rooms are not very big. Food is not so diverse, but rather good and there were options to choose (there are also A la Carte restaurants (we liked the Nubian the most). All the stuff at the reception and at restaurants were nice and friendly. Special thanks to our housekeeping Omar Ahmed, who made our room perfectly clean and fresh every day, always greeted us with a smile and created wonderful and creative art objects from towels which brought us much joy. We stayed at Long Beach for 3 weeks and we are going to stay there for 1 month more:)

There is no Wi-Fi in the rooms, only in the lobby. But we bought a local Vodafone SIM card and it perfectly worked in the hotel
