Excellent location - we could walk into town, supermarket close by Laundry facilities was a bonus

Perfectly located house with a short (but steep) 10 min walk from Montepulciano centre. Situated between the city walls and the vineyards this beautiful stone house offers spectacular views. . This is the perfect base for exploring Montepulciano and it's surroundings. All bedrooms have AC and you have got plenty of space in this house. Two bathrooms is very convinient. You will have a big garden to enjoy and you can even wash your clothes. The host Davide is a very nice person and he really wants you to have a good stay at his place. I would definitely stay here again during my next visit to Toscana.

We had a very enjoyable stay at Casina Toscana. It is a lovely little characterful house located in a pretty spot just on the edge of Montepulciano and has the best view of the town. For its size, the house is well-appointed with great period features and has all the amenities we needed. Davide was also very good at checking in with us daily but we really didn't need anything as it was a comfortable stay within very easy walking distance to the magical Montepulciano!

Location, lots of space, cleanliness, washing machine, garden to hang dry clothes, Davide very attentive .. always checking in on us to see if we’re ok.

Nothing not to like

Very comfortable apartment, excellent location, all need facilities, comfortable and very clean rooms. Helpless from master of the house in al problems. Fantastic place. I advise everyone to visit this wonderful place.

If you want to visit this apartment in the winter, keep in mind you must pay for heating (15 euro) each day.

The house was in an excellent location- view from the window was picturesque- you could see the beautiful Tuscan countryside from the window. House was walking distance to Montelpuciano city centre and close to the bus station. Davide was fantastic- very helpful and always available if needed. The house was very clean and bed was comfy. The house had a fireplace and wood was provided. Davide also had a bottle of red wine ready for us to enjoy during our stay. Great value for money and we would stay there again.
