The whole experience was first class. Location of apartment could not have been better. On the doorstep of central and historic Colmar, but straight onto a main artery for getting into and out of the city. Access to restaurants and food shopping just minutes away. It was a ‘real find’.

We were met at the property - despite late/delayed train from Metz. The follow up for a blocked shower outlet was quick and effective.
The location is fantastic for Colmar - you are just out of the tourist zone -and most things are within an easy walk.
The bed was comfortable - but the pillows could have been better.

Excellent location, close to the city center tourist attractions and easy exit for exploring the amazing villages on the route des vins. Spacious, bright, comfy and clean, nicely decorated, new and well equipped. The underground garage is definitely a big plus. Good value for the money.
Some might find it a bit noisy due to the bedroom windows to the street. Not our case.

The location was excellent, a five Minuit stroll to the town, bars and restaurants.
Secure parking also, would recommend this apartment for a stay in lovely Colmar

The apartment was centrally located and provided many wonderful areas within walking distance. It was very clean and well-kept, and the rooms were comfortable.
Having emailed instructions regarding the somewhat confusing parking garage would have been nice. Also, it was advertised as having air conditioning, but it didn't work. As we are hot sleepers, we needed to open the windows to cool off the room, and given the central location, there was a LOT of noise.

the flat was a minutes walk from all the charming streets and sights that Colmar offers. Very well equipped and private parking space with access by a lift directly to the flat.

The apartment is comfortable and very close to the center. The garage is in the basement of the house. The Monoprix supermarket is a 5-minute walk away. The bed was very comfortable . Colmar is a beautiful city and conveniently located for trips along the Alsace Wine Route.

This is a spacious, comfortable apartment on the edge of the old town, close to a Monoprix and other shops for basics. In addition, within 5 minutes you can walk among all the tourist sites Colmar has to offer. The apartment is on the 4th floor and is accessed by a lift but don't expect tremendous views of the town though the Vosges mountains can be seen from the bedroom and kitchen windows. The living area has a small balcony which looks onto the other surrounding apartments. The car park is very secure. The lady who met us with the keys showed us the various features of the apartment, explained the security aspects and the different keys required.
The only potential problems are for people arriving by car. The underground car park has a height limit of, I think, 1.7 meters so we had to remove our bikes in order to access it, this would also likely affect taller cars with roof boxes. There was very little space to do this as, apart from the underground entrance, this is a busy, pedestrianised area. Linked to this is the fact that the main road is one way only with nowhere to park to meet the person (not the owners) handing over the keys. The arrival arrangements for motorists need clarification, but don't let this put you off staying at this ideally situated apartment.

The apartment was fully appointed with kitchenware. We loved having a big refrigerator, a washing machine and a dryer. The apartment was spacious and the shower and bathroom were large. It was very close to the Christmas markets but also to the Christmas shuttle that takes you to the neighboring cities and we used this frequently as we used Colmar as a base for exploring. Having a Christmas tree was a nice touch. Also the apartment is very quiet, you don't hear any noise from the neighbors and the street is quiet.
The bed was very firm but we used the extra duvets to make a cushion on top of the mattress and it was fine.

Very nice apartment. Clean and spacious with all the facilities we needed. Pretty much next to the town centre (1mins walk). Free parking garage was good and very useful. The person who dropped of the keys was friendly and helpful, including showing us around the apartment and how to access the garage.

Good location, close to town. Apartment was extremely clean and spacious enough for the 3 of us. Kitchen supplies were great-plenty of silverware, plates, cups, glasses, etc. Easy access and comfortable AC.
The shower was an issue unfortunately-we could not get the overhead part to work, so we had no choice but to use the hand-held part. Not a major problem, but still not convenient. We could have also used some napkins or paper towels in the kitchen, and maybe some extra sugar (we bought some and left it there).

We really enjoyed our stay in this apartment, which is located close to the old town and “petit venise” area. We were met on arrival, and received a comprehensive briefing on the amenities of the apartment, and recommendations for local restaurants and things to see and do ...etc. The apartment has everything you will need for your stay. It is super comfy - just like a “home away from home”. Being able to park our car in the basement garage was also a plus.
