As soon as you walk in, the hotel design is welcoming and relaxing. The staff was amazing and answered all our questions about parking, restaurant recommendations, hotel amenities, and breakfast (in both English and Spanish). We booked the rooftop tinaja and it was magical. The location was very close to town and the lake, we walked there everyday. We would definitely stay here again!

The wifi in the room was a little weak but I was able to connect to video conferencing successfully

A gorgeous, cosy hotel with excellent staff. Super breakfast. Great location. Our room had a wonderful view of the volcano. Loved the hot tub on the roof watching the volcano.

This hotel is a gem. We stayed in May and pretty much had the place to ourselves. The rooms are really elegant and clean, the bed was comfortable, and we had a stunning view of the volcano. All of the staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was so good and we enjoyed it in their cozy living room by the fireplace. We also booked the private hot tub on the roof and enjoyed a glass of wine under the moon and stars after a day of hiking in the national forest. The hotel is in a great location. It's close enough to walk to everything in town but is also in a quiet part of town. Exceptional hotel and people!

Everything was amazing! The staff, the full breakfast (fresh fruits, natural juices, local honey, artesanal yogurt! I miss wake up with that breakfast!). The view from our room was unbelievable! We woke up every day with the view from Villarica Vulcan from our balcony! The location is central, two blocks away from the main street with a lot os restaurantes and bars. Hope to come back soon!
