We had a wonderful stay. Irven was a very welcoming and friendly host who made us feel at home from the moment we arrived. The accommodation was comfortable, spotlessly clean and well equipped with everything we needed for our stay. The location was incredibly peaceful, making it the perfect place to relax and unwind. We would happily stay here again and wouldn't hesitate to recommend it to others.
One minor point was that, as it's a beautifully converted barn with accommodation above, some footstep noise could be heard from upstairs. It didn't bother us or affect our stay, but it's something to be aware of if the guests above have young children.
There is a lovely reading nook that can also serve as an additional bed. Although we didn't use it ourselves, we felt that charging an additional fee for this feature was unjustified. The use of the extra bed should be included in the overall accommodation price rather than an unexpected additional charge.

The wood stove and a well appointed kitchen.
Shower could use some repair.

It was very clean and quirky and 10 minutes to woodhall spa.
Nothing everything was spot on.
