Clean room, quiet neighbourhood, lovely staff and facilities
Placement of the toilet roll holder, almost behind the toilet haha, very hard to reach, especially with 1 hand. Couch not comfy and smallish.
Washing machine and dryer in the bathroom behind the main door so have to walk in and completely shut the door to use those 2 units.
No major issues , just small annoying things :)

Location was convenient for our purposes. The apartment had a good amount of space and comfort. Reception was friendly and helpful.
While the apartment was clean, it could have used more attention to detail. There were splatter marks (from food maybe?) on the coffee machine, the wall in the kitchen, and the sign with the wifi password on it. Made us not want to touch things too much. The iron was burnt and a bit broken. The mattress was sinking a lot in the middle, and while the sheets were clean, there were pink stains on it.

Convenient. Lovely rooms. Great views. Lovely amenities.
The single bed is too soft. The hallway carpets need a good clean. And the rubbish piled up at the lift was terrible. No facewashers.

It was a handy location for us. The living room was ok but the bedroom was a disaster.
There were blinds missing from the bedroom windows. There was a lot of traffic noise. The bed was very uncomfortable. There was a massive pylon in the bedroom that made it difficult to move around.
