Ciqala Suites Hotel - San Juan

Great location, very clean, nice staff very helpful

There is no really much to say, the only downside is that our room window was directly above the food shop next to the hotel, so if we open the window the smell and the smoke that would come in was horrible.

Big and beautiful room. Clean and had everything i needed

The bed was hard as a rock. I did not sleep well. The electric socket exploded and the the hot water pipe in the shower had too much pressure that it shook and made a loud sound

I love the cleanliness , the quiet area , the staff is so friendly . The breakfast is an extra treat .. will definitely stay again

I liked everything

Staff was phenomenal, from front desk to housekeeping, everyone was super kind & efficient.

We had a suite by the elevators & all day & night they sounded awful. Also people would talk, laugh & it sounded very loud, acoustics. When booking, ask to be as far from the elevators as possible. We got breakfast included & it's room service, that was nice, but the portions are really small; we certainly prefer buffet breakfast. They have 2 parking places, don't park in the one at the hotel, extremely small, park outside at the other parking. Lastly, the bathroom had whirlpool bath, nice, but it was so tall & awkward that my husband had to help me get out each time. The sink had the faucet really short & was difficult to use, took pictures of that. But the staff was wonderful & the room was big & spotless clean, comfortable bed & pillows.
