מי שמכיר את המקום אז יודע להסתדר מבחינת המיקום, כך גם עם האוכל סביר וניתן להסתדר, היסודות טובים. מבחינת שרות הצוות הם השתדלו לתת את מיטב השרות שהיה ביכולתם לתת עם חיוך והבנה וזה בעצם הכי חשוב...

לא אהבנו שהיה צורך להתמקח על סוג החדר שהזמנו שידרגנו לחדר עם 2 חדרי 2שרותים וניסו לתת לנו חדר עם חדר שרותים אחד, לנו היה חשוב שיהיו 2 בגלל סיבות אישיות, עמדנו על כך ואז שינו לנו חדר לקומה 16 שרק שם לטענתם יש 2 חדרי שרותים, שם היו כמה תקלות קטנות שחלקן תוקנו אבל בסך הכל הסתדרנו והיה בסדר.

I don't recommend this hotel to anyone. There's no service. It all starts with the fact that no one will help you with the luggage. They couldn't find a reservation at the reception and in the end they offered a number not the one I ordered. Parking for cars is paid and costs 10€ per day extra. The room is clean, but very worn out. The towels are old and torn. There were no belts on the bathrobes. The SPA centre is overloaded and there are a lot of people from outside in it. A hat is required in the pool and you will definitely take 5 leva for one piece. Magnetic cards for doors are regularly demagnetized and you constantly need to go to the reception and you will meet unpleasant people at the reception. Breakfast is the same every day. There's nothing interesting about it. They will want to take a fine of €10 for taking out an apple or any food. It's written about it at the entrance to the restaurant.
